Maintaining a routine in times of crisis is vital for children. WWO is adapting our Element of Play® program by creating a version called Element of Play® – at Home. This program consists of 20-minute play sessions that parents/caregivers can do with their children at home using very basic items; a pencil, some paper, a box of crayons or a pack of cards.
By meeting the need for routine and ongoing learning, children will stay on track with their developmental goals and milestones preserving the progress that they have made to date. Our Country Directors have been working diligently to safely bring this Element of Play® – at Home program to parents and caregivers.
We are committed to maintaining structured play and learning for our children, by bringing Element of Play® into homes during these difficult and stressful times. The work you care so much about continues.
